I asked a technician about the video feed situation yesterday and he says the video feeds freeze up all of the time. They technician came to his table and confirmed the video feed wasn't updating. Again, he faced a similar experience, first the pit boss said the video feed never goes down or doesn't get updated and my boss wasn't able to recover his money due to the equipment malfunction. Last weekend, my boss was with me playing the Craps remote play at the bar with the Craps pit next to the R bar and his video feed kept showing the same thing and he was thinking the same numbers were hitting so he bet big on the numbers and then learned that the video feed was stuck and not updating. Now am forced to file a complaint with the Maryland Gaming Commission, because I feel so cheated. In this case, the casino didn't consider this a malfunction and refused to cancel the play as they have indicated.

I was playing the roulette with automated betting/payout next to the R bar and the ball was spun and everyone's betting terminal went haywire and didn't show the resulting outcome of the spin.
